Testing
All machines and films undergo rigorous testing procedures to ensure that they meet our high standards. As a result, our machines have a much lower failure rate than equivalent machines in the market.
Film testing & machine diagnostics
Roll lengths are confirmed and full diagnostics are carried out on the machine.
Cushion burst strength and inflation testing
Cushions are checked for air leaks, inflation defects and burst strength.
